| Teignmouth & Shaldon Museum – Teign Heritage - is temporarily closed for the whole of 2009 until eraly 2011 when our longed for annexe turns from a dream into reality. We shall have an iconic building, in the middle of town, which will be a landmark for Teignmouth. The Museum will be a delightful celebration of the local area’s long association with the sea and will provide an introduction to some of the important people and the stories of Teignmouth and Shaldon’s past. |

| When we re-open you will receive a very warm welcome and a visit to our Museum will add a new dimension to your stay in Teignmouth and Shaldon. We will still be directly opposite the train station and you will not be able to miss us. |

| At this moment in time we are in the process of re-locating to temporary office accommodation to enable the builders to have unhindered access to the Museum site.
